Writing this while waiting for pizza in parking lot. This is the third time now that I've been asked to "pull around and wait 5 minutes " for hot and ready pizza (2 pepperoni pizzas - nothing crazy or special). It has never been 5 minutes! I'm going on 33 min since I pulled into the parking lot and this is the 3rd time I've been through this! Pizza is good when you finally get it, but very rarely hot and ready! No apologies about wait time. No coupons or freebies offered for inconvenience! I don't have to wait this long at a sit down restaurant or nicer pizza place. Crazy. I want to give them business, but they seriously can't get it together. Worst Little Caesars experiences I've ever had!
Today is the 4th time me and my family have been by this week. We drive all the way from Kingsport to eat there. It's always Fantastic!!!! Super great service and pizza. Thanks!!!
This is the worst managed store. You are told that your pizza will be a couple min to be ready and wait 30 min. During there "Hot and Ready" times. And when you say something to the manager they never take a respectful manor with you and apologize. Or even offer you a free sauce or coupon. Instead they blame the employees for being on their phones. Well HELLO be a manager and do yr job!!!
Slightly under cooked pizza than what my family eats. (The cheese isn't dark enough) I get it and cook it some more when I get it home. Good pizza!!!
Poorly managed and staffed with incompetent workers. I was told an 8 minute wait for one pepperoni pizza, but nobody ever brought it out. After 30 minutes sitting in the parking lot, I drove through the drive-thru again and the worker immediately handed out a pizza. When questioned why this happened, the worker only repeatedly said "we're losing it" and didn't even offer an apology. That is the only thing that was correct because they are losing it...business!! Never again!!
